Agreement to Terms
By booking a ride with MinnDrive or using our website (minndrive.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service Description
MinnDrive provides professional car service to and from Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and other destinations across the Twin Cities metro area. We serve 120+ cities with door-to-door pickup and drop-off.
Booking & Pricing
- All rides must be booked at least 6 hours before the desired pickup time.
- Your exact fare is calculated based on distance and estimated drive time from your pickup address and is confirmed before you book.
- All fares include 20% gratuity. No additional tipping is required.
- MinnDrive does not use surge pricing. Your confirmed price is your final price.
- A $42 minimum fare applies to all Standard bookings ($54 for XL/XXL).
- A $20 early hours fee applies to pickups or drop-offs between midnight and 3:30 AM.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 6 hours before pickup: Full refund.
- 2–6 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
- Less than 2 hours before pickup: No refund.
- No-show: No refund. If your driver arrives and you are not available within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the ride is considered a no-show.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Be ready at your pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Provide accurate pickup address and contact information.
- All passengers must wear seatbelts.
- No smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the ride.
- MinnDrive does not provide car seats. Passengers requiring car seats must bring their own.
Wait Time
Your driver will wait up to 15 minutes at no additional charge. After 15 minutes, the ride may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
Airport Pickup
For rides from MSP Airport, your driver will meet you at the rideshare pickup area. There is no sign or terminal gate pickup. Follow MSP's posted signage to the rideshare pickup zone.
Limitation of Liability
MinnDrive is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other conditions beyond our control. We make every effort to get you to your destination on time but cannot guarantee arrival times. We recommend building buffer time into your airport schedule.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
