MinnDrive wants every ride to go smoothly. If something doesn't go as planned, here's how refunds work.
When You're Charged
MinnDrive does not charge upfront. Your payment method is only charged upon completion of your ride. In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged at our discretion — see details below.
Cancellation Fees
- More than 6 hours before pickup: No charge.
- 2–6 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee up to 50% of the fare may apply at our discretion.
- Less than 2 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee up to the full fare may apply. Your driver has already been dispatched or reserved for your ride.
No-Show Policy
If your driver arrives at the scheduled time and you are not available within 15 minutes, the booking is considered a no-show. A no-show fee up to the full fare may be charged at our discretion.
Service Issues
If you experience a service issue — driver significantly late, vehicle problem, or ride not completed — contact us within 48 hours and we will review your case. Eligible situations may receive a full or partial refund at our discretion.
How Charges Are Processed
- Ride charges are processed after your ride is completed.
- Cancellation fees, if applicable, are processed at our discretion.
- All charges go to the payment method on file.
